Rescue Pregnant Dog Was Tied To Iron Wire & Thrown in Landfill By Evil Owner

Get a call to help with a pregnant dog thrown in the landfill. We (The ARK Chiangmai) rushed there.
There, it’s a small dump, located on the outskirts. When I saw her, I was shocked. She was collapsed, unable to stand up. Her legs were tied by an iron wire. The rope tightened her leg, creating a terrible wound. It stinks. The wound was infected, attacked by maggots. She is pregnant, about to give birth… She is very anemic. Perhaps, she was terribly abused.
Something bad has happened to her. I promise that I will help her to end her misery and unhappiness. I picked her up and started local first aid (Using anesthetic). She doesn’t have a name yet, I called her Luk Tan! Everything is being done very carefully. Any mistakes will never happen because of her and her children. We bandaged her. We will bring her to Vet for further treatment. She had X-rays taken.
